Veterinary Hospital

Providing affordable care for pet owners has been part of the Women’s Humane Society’s mission since we opened our first veterinary hospital in 1909. Although many advances in veterinary medicine have been made throughout the years, we’ve found that one thing remains the same: pet owners want quality veterinary care for their pets that won’t break their budgets.

The Women's Humane Society Veterinary Hospital provides a range of healthcare services for dogs, cats and other small domestic animals as part of our commitment to maintaining the health and wellbeing of animals in our community. We offer scheduled appointments during our regular business operating hours and the fees that are collected directly support our shelter animals.

Some of the services we offer include:                                                                                                                                                                                      Click coupon to print

If you have or will be making an appointment, please note:

Your appointment is very important for your pet and it’s very important for our organization. We are not your typical veterinary hospital.  We are a not-for-profit and the monies we earn from our clients go directly to support the homeless animals in our shelter.

When clients cancel or don’t show for appointment – it negatively affects our ability to provide care for the animals in the shelter.

So we ask you to please let us know – 24 hours in advance – if you are unable to make your appointment.   That way we can fill the slot with another animal in need and continue to support the shelter.
Thank you for your cooperation.
